Kekkei Genkai -- The Mind Body Switch Technique is a technique that allows the ninja using it to enter the mind of an opponent. There are several levels of this technique. The lowest level of this ability makes the user enter the body of their opponent but if they get hurt while there their body also gets harmened. The known highest form of this jutsu allows to enter the opponents body while staying in control of their own body, and the user does not get harmed unless their original body is attacked. Another way to dispell the technique When Ino Yamanaka used this technique on Sakura Haruno, Ino lost control of Sakura's body because she had a second, stronger will.

This is one of Ino's most special Techniques. She favors it over the rest yet can't use it at the wrong time or she is finished.

This is also a favored Technique of Ino's that she can use more then the other one.

Instead of transferring the user's consciousness, this jutsu sends a spirit of confusion into a target, causing them to attack their allies. Although the target is aware of what they are doing, they are unable to stop themselves. For this particular jutsu, the user is able to stay in their own body, unlike its predecessor; however, the user must maintain the hand seal used to activate it. Ino Yamanaka has learned this technique in the anime, but has yet to display it in the manga.

She uses these Techniques the most for she doesn't have a lot of Jutsu to choose from anyway. She may seem weak and just a little girl that needs her mommy, but she isn't. She learned these jutsus from her father. He showed her the right way to do them and then she mastered the two of them.
So, now you see that these Techniques are very special.

Mystical Palm Technique is a multipurpose technique that can heal wounds and perform surgery. To heal with the ability, users collect chakra to their hand to speed up cell regeneration wherever it is applied. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary, though because the blade is made of chakra the flesh is never cut. This aspect of the ability can be used in combat, though it requires great precision to be effective. When utilized in combat it allows the user to sever their opponent's muscle fibers or their chakra circulatory system at the point of contact.

Yamanaka Ino is not to muscular. She trains, and does other things that should help, but can't seem to gain some muscle. She has blond hair that goes to her waist. She has very straight hair that is held in a ponytail. Her hair covers one eye in the front and all of that back of her head/upper body. Her eyes are in the normal shape of eyes and are a soft crystal blue. Her eye lashes are long and thick. They are black and are a very dark shade of black. Her eye brows are somewhat thick and brown. Her mouth is a perfect shape and her lips are not very full. She has two eye brows. Ino's nose is a regular length and she does not have big nostrils. Her nose is not hairy and is perfectly curved. Her chin is not big/long and is curved like every other human beings. Ino's ears are the same as everyone else. They are pierced in the lower part of her ear and is fine with it. The child's forehead is not big and she does not put her headband here. She has a round yet somewhat long shaped head. Her arms are not to long and good enough for her. She has a round shaped arm and long fingers. Her finger nails are long but not as long as most girls. She has regular shaped elbows and shoulders. Her fingers are spread evenly apart and very pretty. Her breast are a little big for her age yet so is she. Her body is very well curved and her neck is as long as it needs to be. Her stomach is not to big and , as I said before, she is quite skinny. Her belly button goes in, like most people, and isn't that deep. Her pelvis is regular size and her hips are a little bigger then she would like. Her legs are fine and her knees are perfect. Her feet are normal for her age. Her skin is a dark pale and very smooth.

Yamanaka Ino is always dressed in purple. Her outfit has changed once since the very begging of the naruto series. She once wore a purple and white uniform that was childish. Now, since becoming Chunin, she has a better outfit that shows that she has grown. Unlike her Academy and Genin Uniform, this one is in two pieces. For this reason, you can see her stomach. She has no sleeves but does have cloth on her elbows. The cloth looks like a net and has many holes. They only cover her elbows and are skin tight. Her shirt is smaller and only covers from a little below her chest, up. It is cut off short where the sleeves should be and leaves enough room for her breast. Nothing is covering her fingers/hands and she doesn't have nail polish on. She has a shorter skirt then before and it splits in the middle. It is enough room for her hips and goes down to a little bit below her thighs and a little bit above her knees. Under her skirt is another sort of skirt that is a little bit shorter. It is black and has a cut through the middle just like her real skirt. Under that is a white pair of shorts. Her kunai pouch is found on her right leg and her shoes are sandals that have been scuffed up from training, mission and that kind of stuff. She has no socks on for she always has sandals on. Ino does not have toe nail polish on either. Her earrings are purple and are mostly covered by her hair. Her hair is the same as always. This is all of Ino's clothes that I could put down. She always has this uniform on unless on a brake from being a ninja or going to something nice.

Personality --

Ino Yamanaka is a very smart girl. She is wise and, sometimes, thinks before acting. She has a large vocabulary, and is very good at spelling. Ino loves plant flowers and help them grow, for her parents own a flower shop. She can always find something to laugh about, but not if it is her own mistake.

She thinks that she is one of the most beautiful girls alive, and probably is. Ino is somewhat easy to please and goes to her dad and mother for advice. She like to learn yet thinks that she can do anything. She can get scared very easily though doesn't like to show it and knows her limits in battle. She won't run away if she thinks she can handle it or if she gets to competitive.

Ino thinks a lot about herself and is always looking for flaws to fix. She has a very wired diet and thinks that her teammate, Choji, is stupid for eating so much. She tells him that he is going to die and seems to care about him, yet is always mean in some way. Ino is not as smart as Sakura or Hinata but could probably stand a chance against them in a test of knowledge. She loves her family and friends, but some people think she is a snob. Wich is somewhat true.

Ino thinks Shikamaru, her other teammate, should get up and do stuff, yet can't seem to convince him. She acts cool and tough but is just a teenager that needs a helping hand when she falls. Which is a lot. She isn't to clumsy yet more so then Sakura. She can be startled easily and can also be scared easily. I believe that I have stated this before though.

Ino isn't easily amazed though seeing a cool jutsu can make her smile. She has a bad habit of talking back to people or butting in which usually leads to the team getting beat up. Ino Yamanaka is very lovable and cute. She can make people smile any time and can also make them cry with her insults.

---> Early Youth

Ino was a good child. She was born on a bright and warm day. Her parents were prode that they had made//had a baby girl. She came out with almost no hair and slowly gained it. Ino weighed Nine Pounds and was One Foot tall. She soon became a todler and was playful and smiley. She grew and gained weight yet still looked beutiful. She had hair now and soon learned to walk. She started out with saying "Mommy" and then it went on into a very large vocabulary. Ino grew into a beutiful child and learned many things. Her father was wonderful to her and taught her well. Her parents did spoil her yet taught her manners and how to be respectful. She was a blossiming flower and soon bloomed. Her hair grew longer and she soon gained some weight. She then wieghed 17 pounds. Her father would always lift her up and twirl her in the sky. She would laugh and then her father ould drop to the ground with her. She soon had a lot of flowers down and burned into her memory. She helped out around the flower shop and took care of a lot of the flowers. She made friends that lived near by yet never fit in to well. She was made into a beutiful open flower yet somewhat of a brat. She was soon able to cross the street by herself and walk around the block. Ino had one pet in all this time. A cat named Jassmin. Her father soon told her that she was able to go into the academy and train to be a ninja. Ino was suprised. She felt up high and mighty and she loved it.

---> Academy Life

Ino was a well behaved child that didn't get into to much trouble. She had made lots of friends in the Academy and thought that she was better then all of them. She was a smart child and was good at the regular Jutsus. The Yamanaka was very rude yet her parents treated her like a angle. Her father thought that she would grow up to be a great Shinobi and a good wife, like her mother. She soon met a new girl named Sakura. The girl was being picked on for having a big forehead. Ino help Sakura out by giving her a ribbon that would take your eyes away from Sakura's big forehead.She was kind to Sakura and they soon became best friends. Sakura was once being picked on and Ino saved the day by throwing "Piousness" flowers into the girls mouth. Ino really did have a good throwing hand and aim. The Yamanaka soon became one of the worst in her class. But, she could easily pass by most of the the others, that weren't that good. She was taught well by her father and soon learned a secret technique of the Yamanaka clan. It is called, "Shintenshin." Ino now felt proud and there was a sparkle of light in her her future. Her hair grew longer and so did she. She gained much more weight and weighed 32 pounds. Her nose grew and her mouth widened. She was growing up indeed.

Ino is introduced to the series as having a bitter and petty squabble with Sakura, jealous at how she was placed on Sasuke’s team. Her personality is viewed as domineering and loud, one of the reasons Shikamaru is reluctant to approach women. However, later, she is the one who leads her team into protecting the lone Sakura from a vicious assault by the Sound Trio; Dosu, Zaku and Kin. Although the combined efforts of her team failed to keep the trio at bay for long, it bought Sasuke enough time to recover and dispatch them after dislocating Zaku’s arms. Noticing Sakura had sliced her hair off to free herself during the handicap struggle, Ino offers to trim her hair and make it look presentable. While taking her aside to do so, she also growls about showing off in front of Sasuke, becoming even more frustrated when Sakura replies that she simply took the initiative.

Ino Despite their brief display of bonding, fate once again tore at them when the random selection machine pitted them against each other in the Chuunin exam preliminary rounds. The two fought fiercely, reflecting on their changing status. To show their dedication, they both put their forehead protectors on in the traditional manner, going at each other for a second time. Things seemed bleak when Ino taunted Sakura about having no unique moves to use, then used deception as she cut her own long hair off, secretly using her chakra to turn her sliced strands into rope to tie Sakura down to ensure an accurate mark for her signature technique, Shintenshin, which would suppress Sakura’s personality and allow Ino to control her body. However, when Ino wandered into Sakura’s mind, she encountered a repressed version of Sakura’s true emotions, the "Inner Sakura", which forced her out. A double KO ended the battle as both of them collided with simultaneous blows.

Ino Ino later showed up as a spectator for the exam’s finals. She and Chouji watched on as Shikamaru surprisingly gave up his match. Chouji foresaw the event, but Ino was blindsided by his choice. A short time after Ino was trapped under Kabuto’s mass sleeping spell and was unconscious for most of the Sand and Sound invasion. She also played a small role in giving Chouji some encouragement before the rescue mission that he and Shikamaru were given, mostly on girls and his weight. This would mark her last main appearance in part 1 of the manga.

Ino The anime-exclusive episodes gave her some more screen time. Ino was on hand with her usual team to apprehend two major criminals, the Legendary Stupid Brothers, stopping them in their tracks with a more potent mind-controlling skill learned from her father. Ino also joined Anko on a mission to investigate rumors of a sea monster, but ended up a damsel in distress for a large part of the mission, coming through at the end to cause the incapacitation of Tsurugi Misumi by tying his own arms around support pillars, which then gave way and crushed him beneath. A particularly humorous episode had Ino posing as a princess, who was courting another person of high status, but had gained weight and required Ino to play her part. Naruto joined the mission, adding to the confusion as a more seductive and flirtatious version of the princess. Eventually, the princess revealed herself, causing her suitor to admit he preferred "big-boned" women.

Yamanaka Ino stood in front of her families flower shop with a smile on her face. She had been handed a flower and been told to stay right in this spot with it until her father came back. Wow, this is really boring. These are the words that ran through the young girl's head as she stood still in front of the shop. She saw a crowed down the road and thought to herself This is going to be such a bore!

Her father had told her to stand here and holf the flower. Of course that was about thirty minutes ago and her father had walked off somewhere. She was bored. She was tired and sweaty. The Yamanaka child needed a bath but couldn't even go inside right now.

She had nowhere to set the plant and nowhere to sit. She just stood there smiling into the crowed of people walking past the shop. "You can go now," Ino heard the words that came from her fathers lips and felt joy. "I can leave? Are you sure," Ino asked as she started to walk away from him? She ran back and gave him the plant, then bolted through the crowed of people before he could say another word.

She crossed the street and then started to walk in a faster pace. She wasn't running but soon began. She jumped over a gate and soon came to stop at the Ramen stand. She set down in the seat that was up against the right wall. She saw a women standing there, ready to take her oder. Ino ordered on small bowl of ramen to go and watched as the lady went to get her some food.

Ino walked slowly back toward her own house with her ramen in her hand. She was picking at it with the chopsticks yet didn't eat to much. She saw her house in the distance and all the lights were out. it was dark outside and Ino knew where her parents had went. Out to dinner.
