[u]Jutsu.[/u] You must write the name, rank, and description of each jutsu. I don't want to put a limit on jutsu, but please do not over-achieve. If you want original jutsu, you must learn that through RPing. All that takes is one to three threads (depending on the difficulty level) to learn it. In the threads, just describe your character practicing. No more than three originals.
[u]Appearance.[/u] What does your character look like? For face and hair, a picture may be added somewhere to your application. Clothing must be described or a picture may be added as well. The clothing has to be what they would wear. In example: Hinata in a revealing outfit would not fit her; Ino decked in all black wouldn't fit her either. And no, they cannot wear the same thing as they did during the Shippuuden years ago. I don't want to see it.
[u]Equipment[/u] Weapons, to smoke bombs, scrolls, etc. Everything a general shinobi should carry. Please put how many. Like jutsu, you cannot pull random things out of your character's.. behind. You don't list 3 smoke bombs, you don't get them.
[u]Personality.[/u]
This can be short. We all know how the canons are, but as we all know they do mature and change a little. You can describe the differences.
