Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin - Complete Nine Mystical Dragon Seal

Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. To further their goals, they seek to capture all the "jinchuuriki," literally "the power of human sacrifice" a.k.a. demon possessors such as Uzumaki Naruto and Gaara. Akatsuki seeks to use the bijuu (tailed demon beasts) for their unique abilites. Once they capture one of the jinchuuriki, they will bring them to a hidden location. All nine members need not be physically present, they can use their astral projection technique to transport a spectral form of themselves into the cave.
The members will first summon the huge "king of hell" statue. This statue has its mouth bound and eyes covered. Once they begin the technique, the mouth binding will fall away and nine spectral dragons will emerge from its mouth to strike the jinchuuriki. This will then begin the extraction process. With the absence of Orochimaru, the process will take three straight day and nights. During this period the members will release the same exact amount of power as that of the bijuu, this synchronization will thus allow its removal. As the extraction continues, the statues eyes will open to reveal the current status of previous jinchuriki captures, with irises appearing in the eyes to apparently represent a capture.

By forming the needed handseal, an astral form of their being will appear at the desired location. This spirit can act in conjunction with other members to do combination jutsu like the Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin. While in the spirit form, the member’s voice will sound deep and distorted.

Appearance --only common physical characteristics amongst them are their orange hair color, a number of body piercings, and the Rinnegan. Being Pein has six different bodies each of course has a different facial structure. Although his original form seems to have long black hair and a face free from blemishes. Yahiko his primary and seemingly favorite body to inhabit and use has spiked orange hair and looks a bit like Naruto.
Has three piercings on each side of his nose and one under his lip and three on each side of his ears as well. His second body the deceased Fuuma ninja had piercing along the nose and long hair. His third body the waterfall ninja has long orange hair and many piercings. The next body has a disgruntled look on its face and piercings alongside his face. the next boy looks a lot like a fish and has six piercings on top of his head like horns.
His grass ninja body a huskier looking one has six piercings just under his chin going across. He also has a seventh femal body with six piercing that go vertical three on each side of the face and has her hair in an onion like fashion.
His body types are mostly a sleek and slender muscular body built for battle. ALthough he has three more mucular bodies and those are the grass ninja the ressurection body and the amphibian looking body. The femal body is extremely short and seemingly skinny body.
Each body wears a black cloak that bears red clouds. The inside of the cloak is red in color. The cloak is knee length and has a high collar. Underneath the cloak the ninja is seen to wear the more traditional clothing of their home village. Each of Peins bodies wears the traditional forehead protector of the hidden village of the rain. The protector has been modified though to bear a large scratch through the symbol, showing they no longer hold the same ideals their village does

Personality --He seems to be very calm and reserved, a man of few words and very adamant towards his cause. He is an extremely fierce leader and holds his goals very near and dear to his heart, He was shy and very afraid as a chil dseeing as he did not understand his powers' very well, seeing as he coul donly activate this power in fear or anger, He did not know what he was it would be understandable that an orphan child with no shinobi training could defeat chuunin level ninja. He would later be discovered by Jiraiya and become the destined child, his path lied in one of two directions, he would lead the world into a time of piece or to ultimate destruction.
After meeting Jiraiya his personality would become much more optomistic. He became less shy and more adamant on protectic those around him, he loved his friends very much. His personality became stronger oppose to how weak it was before as he lacked a "backbone". It would seem this is how he would stay but tragedy would strike and a close friend would die. His personality changed once more.
Nagato was just discovering his powers at this time training his Rinnengan when his friend Yahiko passed. He then began to hate things like battle, war, and most of all death. It angered him that people would suffer due to the actions of the greater countries and saw that the lesser countries were merely caught in the middle of their frey. So he had a new goal it was to destroy the five great countries and end war.
He went through much of a personality change at this point, he would even go as far as to change his name to Pain. This name change was to represent what he and those of the lesser felt, it is also to represent the emotion he felt so often that changed him into this more adamant and darker character. He would go as far as to defect from the Rain village and even kill the current leader Hanzo the Salamander. He has also refered to himself as God in many ways.
He would later form Akatsuki an dlead them as a strong and ruthless leader. He also shows them that he is fixated upon his goals and that failure although rearing its ugly head in many times can come with consequence. He is a commanding presence amongst that and had seemed to be a loner although his only companion since the death of Yahiko has been the third orphan Konan although it is not revealed if the relationship is more then just that of business.
He know hunts vigorously for the Kyuubi Jinchuriki , Uzumaki Naruto. He has also become much more serious, and reserved. His skills of concentration on the battle field have increased to superhuman heights and he believes that he has never lost a battle then and he shall not lose one now.
He now harbors a slight hatred for Uchiha Sasuke after the incident and considers Sasuke more a nuisance and if it wasn't for the twelve other shinobi which battled him he would have claimed his prize, Uzumaki Naruto. Now back up and operating after his supposed death 'Pein wishes to restore true peace by teaching them all through Pain.
History --Pain was once a young Rain orphan named Nagato. During his youth in the war torn Rain Country, he met fellow orphans Konan and Yahiko. Nagato was a quiet child who admired Yahiko's desire to improve their living conditions and bring some justice to the world. Nagato and his companions met the Sannin following the war with the Rain Village. Jiraiya took a liking to the children and stayed behind to look after them. Jiraiya was surprised to learn that the emotional and quiet Nagato was a wielder of the Rinnegan, the venerated Doujutsu once possessed by Rikudou Sennin, the man regarded as the original modern shinobi.
Nagato and Yahiko were attacked by a vagrant Rock Ninja, and Yahiko moved to defend them. He was defeated and Nagato went into a berserk rage, quickly killing the ninja. Nagato was shocked when he finally regained control and Jiraiya promised to train the orphans so they could defend themselves. Nagato had trouble dealing with the way he reacted to the Rock ninja and Jiraiya explained that he shouldn't feel ashamed, as he was defending his friend. And that knowing what it feels like to be hurt is the reason why humans are kind to others.
Nagato wondered how he could become like that and Jiraiya explained it just came with age. Nagato then promised to keep his friends safe, no matter what pain he had to experience. Three years passed and the trio were soon skilled enough to defeat one of Jiraiya's Kage Bunshin. He explained his time with them had ended and that hard times would still be ahead for them. But by working together they could change things, as they had finally grown up.
Over the following years the trio entered many battles and rumors emerged that they may have died. Nagato continued to develop his skills and his Doujutsu and took on the name of "Pain"he would also meet Madara who told him as acting as leader for Akatsuki he could achieve his ultimate goal. As Pain, Nagato began to gather other disenfranchised Rain shinobi and start a civil war with Hidden Rain. This apparently was a plan in line with Yahiko's expressed goals. Though Rain was led by legendary ninja Sanshouuo no Hanzou, Pain managed to kill Hanzou. He did not stop with merely Hanzou though, for he killed Hanzou's family, friends and associates, essentially taking down Hidden Rain all by himself.
And though Pain had followers, they never saw Pain personally. His abilities, appearance and heartless nature thus fueled rumors about his identity. This also caused his followers to revere him as a god. In this position he operated out of the tallest tower in the Rain Country industrial city. In this tower he also maintained a secret room containing six mysterious beds, five of which held figures in Akatsuki cloaks.
A few years before Pain joined the organization Akatsuki he would fined that Konan joined as well. She was one of two living figures that were directly a part of Pains past. In this light she had seen Pain fight many battles and according to her testimonial he has not lost a battle. She and the rest of the Akatsuki also knew of his ability to control the rain at will. He used this to call upon the Akatsuki seeing as it was scheduled. He also knows how to detect chakra through this rain so he can sens enemy presence.
For a long time he would rule as leader for the Akatsuki and stay within the Amegukare. Although on one fateful day he met his old sensei Jiraiya. He would fight Jiraiya and lose one of his bodies to the old man. Jiraiya fought the battle and would later reveal Pains true identity as Yahiko, he was then proven wrong after Nagato revealed himself(of course voicing it through Yahikos' body).
He als revealed his true intentions to Jiraiya. The Five Great Shinobi Villages could handle the downtrend, but the smaller villages could not. Akatsuki will form their own fighting force with no country allegiance. With this force they will undercut all the other villages and fight their battles for cheap. Then using the bijuu they can create new battles and new wars and gain a monopoly over the whole market.
In the end they plan to control all the wars and be powerful enough to even collapse the shinobi villages of the large countries, forcing them to rely on Akatsuki as well. With all that in hand, the group can achieve Step Three, to control the world. Whether this aspect of the plan is true or not is unclear.
He would fight Jiraiya and even drive Jiraiya to use Sennin Modoo. Jiraiya would later die in that form by the hands of Pain. After Jiraiyas death he was informed of Itachis' death at the hands of Uchiha Sasuke, and be assigned to dispatch the Kyuubi which dwelled within Uzumaki Naruto. He is know currently on that mission although he awaits to here upon Naruto leaving the village making him easier to capture without starting a full scale battle.
Later he would battle Naruto and Sasuke and fall although supposedly taking Sasuke with him. He now wanders the shinobi lands and is rebuilding Akatsuki piece by piece in order to continue and mantain his goal to restore peace to the world, although through his own sick intentions.

~Pushing Luck and Key to Far, Welcome Home Ryuu~
It was an early morning the sun was rising and the dew glistened across the rice fields of no other then the rice field country. And just in the horizon loomed the two statues of the two great founders of the hidden leaf village, and two young Fumma members closed in on it was a long venture but they were coming closer to their new home after many long years of training.
They were to young up and coming shinobi a boy who had lost everything and a man that arrived from nothing to make everything with his own hands; they went by the names of Fuuma Ryuu and Fuuma Hibarishi. The boys family were the Fuuma of the rain village as Hibarishis' family originated from the rice field country. They were from a great clan but most of them had become bandits during there some what obsolete style of fighting that the warlords saw useless although legendary Fuuma would rise.
"So how long before we get back home Hiba-sama?" Said the Ryuu.
This boy was a peculiar one, very tall for his age he looked much older than he really was. He wore all black and had messy black hair although it looked clean. He was a skinny guy and he carried a black sword with him. It was about the size of a Tanto so it was not very large just large enough for battle. His legs seemed very powerful though he did not seem very skilled in the arts of Taijutsu.
"I don't know if we moved fast maybe twelve hours but I highly doubt it this trip may take a couple days. Well then again we are at the valley.....If get going we could probably get there in a couple of hours..." Hibarishi pondered as they walked forward getting closer to their village.
Hibarishi was very tall and sleek looking man white hair and wore the clothes of a Konoha jounin which was very dangerous to do, seeing as the times did not allow much tolerance for Konoha shinobi. He was like Ryuu in the fact they had a small physical appearance other than their height them being tall was a bit of an intimidation factor although they were skinny.
"Will stop your thinking dammit and just figure something out?" Ryuu said in frustration "You think way to much I know it's good to process your thoughts and think things through but aren't we trying to get back home in time for me to become a Genin?" Hibarishi then poofed into smoke. In the distance he saw Hibarish heading towards the village. "What the...!?" Hibarishi stood on a tree branch.
"A ninja must see through deception...You're getting sloppy on me Ryuu I suggest you catch up or you won't graduate." He smiled made to other Kage bunshins and pushed forward. Ryuus' adrenaline rushed and he began to chase after his master "d**n another test should've seen this coming this guy just doesn't know when to stop testing people at all." He chased after his sensei and was moving at full speed. He got within eye sight of him but could not catch up if he did not do something fast he then saw a branch lodged into another.
"Those branches are just ahead of him If I'm quick I can launch a kunai and dis lodge them slowing him down." He then reached for a kunai and launched it at the branch one of them dislodged and whipped his sensei in the just "You go to be more careful Hiba-sama." Hibarish smiled seeing as he was the real one and not the fakes who were going the direct route. They continued forward and got closer to the village and Ryuu was closing in on Hibarishi.
"Don't push your luck sensei I'm coming after you!" He smirked as he was now closer the sensei then began to use taijutsu maneuvers to battle the boy. Ryuu grabbed a kunai and used it as a tool for melee battle other than a tool for projectile fighting as did his sensei. He knew he may have stood little chance against his sensei. The fight continued then Ryuu used a kawarimi and bunshin combo created a bunshin before engaging his sensei in combat and used kawarimi his sensei slashed and poof. He saw Ryuu moving towards the direction of the village quickly.
He pressed on and noticed his tanto came loose and fell off but there was no time for that he must pass his senseis' test in order to become a genin he would've been one at twelve if Hibarishi did not want to begin his Fuuma and chakra control training early. He looked back and he was a good ahead of Hibirashi by a good mile Hibarishi was a little embarrassed he trained Ryuu well maybe to well. He was wondering if this relationship would become the student surpassing the master....It seemed so at this point Hibarishi was good but he learned the ways of deception late and had to master it himself him teaching Ryuu might have sparked an inner talent for the art of the shinobi in the boy.
They were both moving fast and Hibarishi was moving closer to Ryuu little by little, Ryuu was moving on pure animal like adrenaline and he was moving fast. "He is not catching me...." He would constantly say out loud trying to use it as a determination factor for himself and a intimidation factor against Hibarishi. He tried to make himself go faster he was in fear that his limits were not enough to beat Hibarishi to the village, they were coming closer and closer to the village. Hibarish watched as his student was moving further away from him, he then kicked into overdrive and chased after the boy with greater intent and caught up with him although he used all of his energy in that last push.
"I'm not letting you beat me.....I'm going to WIN!" Ryuu said as he began to move faster with more determination to win but Hibarishi caught up. they were neck an dneck racing to the gates of Konoha which was in eye sight though still very far from their grasp. They moved closer and closer and they grew tiresome Ryuu finally with all his frustration decided to play dirty and elbow Hibarishi in the ribs which slowed Hibarish down a lot "What the....OW!?" Hibarishi grabbed his ribs and looked at Ryuu "A ninja must be willing to do anything to complete the mission even rid a comrade who is getting in the way of the goal of the mission." he pressed forth and saw he was only a mile from the gate as was Hibarishi who quickly caught up after the slight injury.
"AAAAHHHHHHH!" Ryuu yelled as he pushed himself to run faster than his sensei who saw that he was now at his limits and had little chance of catching up tot he boy but still pressed on. Ryuu closed in on the gate and rushed in the gate guards watched as Ryuu entered before Hibarishi and Hibarishi followed and said "Tomorrow is the ceremony, soon you will become a Genin how do you feel?" He said with a smile. Ryuu looked up and said "Very tired." Hibarishi then helped Ryuu home to get him rested for the ceremony tomorrow.
