Country, Village -- Originally: Kumogakure (Cloud Village). However, he now wanders, searching for other Jinchuuriki and Sasuke
Rank -- Chuunin, before he was kidnapped.
Chakra Nature -- Wind (When drawing off Onimaru, his chakra changes to dark. Note that for most of his attacks, he doesn't have to go through the change to draw off his chakra (much like Naruto doesn't have to actually enter a tailed state to draw off the chakra).)

Clan -- Inumori Clan: Mostly deceased
Kekkei Genkai -- Yamigan (Dark Eye): a skill possessed by a few of Lithak's ancestors, this skill, like most Doujutsu, gives Lithak a certain amount of insight. However, this insight comes even when not activated, and is not on a combat level, like Sharingan. This means he cannot copy jutsu, like Kakashi. However, he can see the functions of a skill, and create his own varient based off of what he sees. The second function of this eye is that, when activated, Lithak can see into the souls of other people. This allows him to visit Jinchuuriki cages, or simply their "Inner Soul". It also has a secondary effect of letting him know their chakra nature when activated. When in use, his eyes become entirely black

Jutsu -- (I don't feel like pulling up a translator, so I'll just do these in english. Skills marked with a * are Onimaru form only)
Replacement Technique: Lithak dissappears into a dark mist, and reappears at a different position.

Wind Release: Cutting Whirlwind Technique: Though the technique typically requires a fan to perform, Lithak raises the odds by performing this jutsu through his sword. He creates a slightly smaller windstorm than Temari due to the difference in size, but the cutting power is higher because the attack is being channeled through a sword.

Wind Release: Beast Wave Slash: A powerful jutsu that uses large amounts of wind nature chakra that can cut and slash through anything including chakra.

Wind Release: Dark Wind: Lithak created this jutsu on the idea that two chakra types could be combined without Kekkei Genkai. He first starts with Wind chakra, and then taints it with Onimaru's chakra, creating a corrupting wind that induces cuts and mild chakra poisoning on anything it touches.

Dark Clones: Lithak creates clones out of darkness. These clones can phase into shadows, as well as act as scouts or beacons. Anything Lithak's clone learns, he learns. However, he does not experience everything his clone experiences. This renders the skill useless for jutsu training, but also prevents over-exhaustion

Shadow Veil: Lithak encases himself in shadow energy. This effect is temporary, as well as stationary, meaning that, to use this skill effectively, he must predict the opponent's attack pattern

Shadow Manipulation: Lithak manipulates shadow energy to do many things, such as support broken bones, or sew up wounds. He can also implement this ability to create other, simpler attacks not named, such as shadow orbs

Shadow Flare: Lithak supercondenses his darkness, and the releases it in an burst of dark energy. This energy travels moderately fast, and causes heavy damage upon imact. This skill is exhausting both spiritually and physically, and he can only use once per-battle (I will alert you if this ever changes due to training)

*Onimaru: Lithak can tap into Onimaru's supply of chakra and physically change himself, similar to a jinchuuriki. His Yamigan becomes activated for the entirety of the transformation, and he becomes able to use his skills with far less exhaustion.

*Multi-Shadow Flare: While using Onimaru's demonic dark chakra to change himself, Lithak can cause a chain reaction of Shadow Flares, causing massive damage and partially corrupting the area around the skill

*Hand of the Devil: Lithak witnessed the final part of the battle between Naruto and Sasuke at the Valley of the End. When their attacks collided, he was able to see the mechanics of the ensuing destruction, and create an attack based on that. This is his ultimate attack. By charging the power of Onimaru's chakra and spinning it like a Rasengan, he creates something similar to what he saw that day. This skill can overpower a normal Chidori or Rasengan, but in the event that either of those skills are charged by an outside source (Cursed Seal level 2 or Kyuubi) the attacks will stalemate.

Equipment --
Lithak uses a katana, as well as standard ninja equipment (Kunai, Shuriken, etc.) Any of these can be charged with chakra

Personality -- Lithak is kind and compassionate, and was also, quite possibly, the only person who ever got on Tayuya's good side. He used to be in love with Tayuya, but since her death, he's distanced himself from all loving relationships

Living Arrangements -- He has small apartments all over the world, with at least one in each village. The only exceptions to this are Kumogakure and Otogakure, which he no longer has any desire to re-enter
History -- Nothing interesting had ever happened in Lithak's life until the day he was kidnapped by Orochimaru. Once in the labs, he was implanted with a demon. Orochimaru had intended this to make him a killing machine, but as it turned out, the demon wasn't quite as sadistic as Orochimaru had hoped. Abandoned as a failed project, Lithak's original mission of corrupting Sasuke was abandoned in favor of the Cursed Seal. He became a subordinate of the Sound 4, but only really spoke to Tayuya. He had always treated the girl with respect out of a crush on her. Somehow, he'd gotten on her good side and become what could be considered her boyfriend (she denied this vehemently, mostly to keep up appearances). Lithak had tailed the team when they went to get Sasuke. Without thinking, he rushed after Sasuke's destination, and hid amongst the shadows during their confrontation. However, when news reached his ears of Tayuya's death, the fight was already over, with Sasuke the victor.
Lithak rushed frantically around the forest, searching for his lost lover. When he found her, she was crushed, and shattered. Her death profoundly affected him. Orochimaru had let it happen. He'd known they'd die out here in order to protect Sasuke. Lithak swore a personal vandetta against anyone who was a subordinate of Orochimaru's.
After spending years killing off Orochimaru's goons, he recieved news that Sasuke had killed Orochimaru. So it had all been for nothing? Tayuya had died to protect the very same brat that had just killed Orochimaru? Ever since, Lithak has been searching for Sasuke, as well as the other Bijuu. If you're under Orochimaru's wing, beware. But if you're an honest civilian, you've nothing to fear. The hunt begins.
