The rays of either the sun or moon entered through the neighborhood. The female sitting on the cold bench nearby a empty lot filled with debris, didn't notice. Her eyes continued to linger on the small puddle before her. Her mind was currently at war with herself. Time and time again had she been given missions. Time and time again she either failed or won. Now, boredom had taken it's toll.
She sighed, closing her eyes and trying to ignore the loud footsteps and voices. But so many, too many. She snapped open her eyes, looking around. Yet saw no one. She frowned, glaring at a random area of the ground. Her mind played tricks on her time and time again. She placed her hand over her eyes, hearing the loud voices and footsteps return. She checked her surroundings by the vibrations hitting her feet. But she felt none. She was alone. With her minds tricks. Time and time again, this happened.
