Kekkei Genkai. "The Darkness": An ancient, and unholy power that allows him to create virtually anything, including living, sentient beings, out of darkness. "The Darkness" also gives him vast other powers. This "Darkness" is a living being inside him, and as such, can possess his body to it's own ends. "The Darkness" is passed down from father to son. At the moment of birth, the father will die as "The Darkness" passes from him to his son, and the power will manifest on the subject's 21st birthday. This being was implanted into Nero's family by his great grandfather, who saught a way to defend his family, without knowing the consequences of his actions. However, this does not come without limits. Nero cannot create anything without the necessary amount of Darkness, and everything Nero creates will crumble in prolonged exposure to bright lights. Also note that "The Darkness" is at odds with Misako's "Angelus"

Jutsu.
Darkness Armor: Nero creates armor out of The Darkness, which covers up his normal clothes in a layer of yellow and black armor. This armor protects Nero partially by absorbing a portion of damage from each hit Nero takes.

Creation: Nero can create living beings out of darkness, or shadows. These range from tiny imps, to hulking monstrosities. Like everything else Nero creates, these will crumble to dust in prolonged exposure to light. This is Jackie's answer to summoning

Creeping Darkness: Nero has two snakes that, when summoned, appear to be attatched to his back. These snakes can perform a number of things, from feeding on people to acting as seperate entities.

Demon Arm: A arm of Darkness springs from within Nero's coat. This arm is incredibly strong, and has been known to lift large chunks of metal and toss them at enemies.

The Darkness Guns: after examining the flaws and weaknesses of the projectile firearms of the times, Nero made a weapon that didn't need to be reloaded, like the crossbows, or pulled from a pouch, like kunai and shuriken. Nero creates these guns from the Darkness, but, he must stay in shadow to use them. Being that these guns fire darkness, they have infinite ammo. One gun fires weaker, rapid shots while the other fires strong, slow shots

Black Hole: Nero creates a large mass of darkness, and collapses it upon itself creating a black hole that draws in everything in a certain radius, causing extreme damage to both the environment and enemies. This attack can be aimed outside of darkness, but must be performed inside Darkness.

Equipment.
In addition to his darkness powers, Jackie carries 20 smoke bombs into every fight. These smoke bombs serve to create an artificial darkness that he can use his powers in. He also carries a limitted number of kunai and shuriken, in case no shadows are available.

Personality --
Nero is the current wielder of The Darkness and was hitman for the Gato's mob. He is a very violent and sexual man who, until gaining the powers of The Darkness, lived life in the fast lane. Of course, because of the possibility of impregnating a woman causing his own death through the mysterious ways of The Darkness, Nero tries to refrain from sex, to his great frustration. Though Nero lives life on the wrong side of the law and can kill without remorse, he has a set of morals he follows and always tries to protect those he cares about.

Living Arrangements. Nero lives in an island just off of the Great Naruto Bridge. On this island, he has constructed himself a palace that he lives in, and can shift to his will using the darkness.
History. (As he has no ninja rank, I'll do a paragraph for childhood, and then one for each significant event)

Nero spend most of his childhood in an orphanage, where he grew close to a girl named Ai. Eventually, however, he was adopted into crime, and had to leave Ai.

Nero joined the mob at a very early age, after being adopted by one of Gato's men as a son. Then, he began doing many things for Gato's mob of men, including trafficking drugs in and out of the Land of Waves, and performing hits on certain targets.

This life of crime led him into the fast lane, where he became very active in sex, violence, and drugs. This led to him losing his virginity to a konoha Jounin visitting the Land of Waves when he was fifteen.

However, when he turned 21, his dark powers awakened and he learned of his evil inheritance. At first, this power was a blessing, allowing his job as a professional hitman to run more smoothly and work in more novel ways. However, with this power came many enemies.

Early on, he spent much of his time escaping from, or fighting, the Angelus, as well as the "Brotherhood of the Darkness" who wants to kidnap Nero and steal his powers.

Eventually, Nero chose to quit the mob after a run in with a renound Konoha Nin, who convinced him out of his life of crime. However, Nero found this harder than expected, as he had turned on his adoptive father in the process. This man had become the head of Gato's mob after Gato's death.

The man kidnapped Ai, and murdered her. He then sent a video of the incident to Nero as revenge. Nero would not let this stand, so he drew them into a warehouse filled to the brim with gasoline, and then dropped a match on the floor, blowing everyone in the place to a million pieces.

Nero then spent two days wandering around in Hell, looking for Ai. However, The Darkness had reconstructed his body without his knowledge, and drew Nero to the living world before he could uncover anything significant

Nero returned to find that the remnants of the mob had come into the service of Orochimaru. Orochimaru's men discovered his secret, as well as a long-lost sister of Ai's. He was then blackmailed into doing hits for the mob again. However, Nero discovered the identity of the hitman, and killed him. This made him one of Orochimaru's subjects, technically, and he was given a number. Soon after, Orochimaru was assassinated by Sasuke Uchiha, and Nero took over the Gato Mob. He has since began trafficking a drug, made from his own bodily fluids, called Nightfall, which is quickly attracting attention due to the heavily hallucinigenic effects.

Kekkei Genkai. Her bloodline is similar to Nero's. Her bloodline limit is called The Angelus. On the day of her 21st birthday, she gained the abilities of the Angelus, a power that gives the firstborn woman of her generation the ability to control light similarly to how Nero controls Dark. Her "Angelus" form shreds her current clothing, replacing it with Armor and growing black wings from her back, also granting her, like Nero, increased strength and speed.

Jutsu.
Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique: This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack.
Fire Release: Intense Pain: The user spits out a small fireball which erupts into a giant fire after hitting the ground, causing widespread destruction to the area.
Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique: After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via mouth, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, a ninja is able to spew a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range.
Blinding Light: Misako releases a blinding light from her body, removing every shadow from the room, and blinding all enemies who see it.
Devil's Bane: Misako radiates a beam of light from the end of her spear, which will harm things even if they aren't of dark affinity.
God's Judgement: Like Devil's bane, this will harm anyone, even those not of dark affinity. She flies into the air, and utilizes the suns rays to release a large amount of light energy, severely damaging anything within a certain radius of her. This obviously can't be used at Night
Light Control: In addition to specific techniques, Misako has the ability to control and shape light to her will. However, these will fade away in the Darkness, like everything else she creates.
Creation: Misako can create various sentient beings out of light, mostly in the form of Angels. These will, of course, fade to nothingness in the dark

Equipment.
She wields a spear that morphs with her different stages of possession. As a human, the blade appears as a standard spear that radiates a brilliant light when powered with Chakra. When she ascends to her Angelus form, this spear becomes blue, and matches her armor.

Personality --
Misako is a person who is actually very similar to The Angelus itself, which thus makes her the perfect wielder. She believes that all evil must be eliminated, through any means. This, however, puts Misako at odds with her position in the ANBU, which means that she is often scolded, or outright punished, for her zealous means of fighting. The personality of The Angelus is sentient. Like the Darkness, the Angelus creates a symbiotic relationship with a host (but female instead of male) in order to carry out her life's mission on Earth. Her main goal is to rid the world of evil and darkness regardless of mortal rule or law. This has put her at odds with the current Darkness wielder, Nero Daku.

Living Arrangements. Live near the Hyuuga complex
History. Misako was found by Orochimaru at a young age. However, she abandoned him not long before her 21st birthday. As he discovered her powers, she was recaptured, and tested upon. However, as soon as the personality of the Angelus supplanted Misako's, she broke free, and killed several of Orochimaru's men. Misako moved to Konohagakure, and managed to land a house near the Hyuuga complex. From there, she took the Chuunin Exams, and passed with flying colors.
In the Forest of Death, she encountered several people who tried to kill her, and she made sure they never saw anything again. She was the second person to the tower, practically leaving her other two teammates behind. She was scolded for this, but didn't care. She then got paired up against a demonic man in the finals. This gave her heavy advantage as she pummeled him with light attacks, being promoted to a Chuunin with a unanimous vote.
She was then asked to join the ANBU, which she saw as an opportunity to eliminate evil. Since then, she's been hunting down demons, but focusing on Nero in particular. She has disobeyed orders several times in her hunt for evil, and as such, is not looked well upon by other ANBU

Jutsu. Because Orochimaru experimented on subject 665 (as well as his brother project, 666) with viral components, he can become an uncontrollable monster named G. This reaction is not always voluntary, like Jugo's, but can be triggered by will. This transformation has five distinct stages

Stage 1

Bears the greatest resemblance to human form, though its upper torso is far more muscular due to a sudden increase of muscle mass. A large tumor-like eyeball has developed within the shoulder; this is where the G-embryos are developed prior to oral implantation into a potential host.

As this form does not possess any natural weapons, G instead must use his environment.

Stage 2

Results in the G's visage and remains of its skull descending into the anterior of the thoracic cavity whilst the digits of the right hand sprout into massive talons comprised of bone. Two tiny, vestigial limbs also develop lateral to the abdomen underneath the original arms and a new rudimentary skull grows to take the place of the former. This form is the first one to attack openly with its claws, and has a much higher offensive power than its first stage.

Stage 3

G by now has shed all of its integument-like skin, revealing its musculature, whilst hundreds of spike-like projections rise prominently into an apex from a point in its upper left thorax; the visage of a human, on the other hand, slowly begins to merge and fade away into the abdomen. In addition to its right hand, the beast's left hand also possesses deadly talons now; in fact, the abomination has grown in height to nearly eight feet; thus, its primary arms have also elongated beyond normal human proportions. The vestigial arms of the prior stage, meanwhile, have also matured into functional limbs with talons, and the rudimentary head, aside from having completed its new, harder bone skull, now sports a lipless grin, bearing its razor sharp teeth, that makes it vaguely resemble a skinless form of the facial features of The Nemesis, project 666. Finally, a secondary, smaller eyeball-like tumor has developed in the left rectus femoris of the creature. This form is the only one that has bilateral symmetry, and to some, it resembles a demon in appearance.

Stage 4

Involves G mutating from a standing equilibrium as a bipedal to a hexapedal base on the ground involving the utilization of its four primary limbs to maintain movement. The skull and maxilla of the creature have elongated to accommodate its massive mandible, a gaping, circular cavity surrounded by rows of spike-like projections, which has now fused into the many spikes that formerly covered the thorax of the beast. Despite its appearance, however, this stage of G is extremely agile, able to sprint and leap all about a room with ease, and the aforementioned spikes around the mouth are more than capable of impaling its prey with extreme ease, given the superior agility and speed of the stage. However, in order to maintain its speed, it needs to constantly eat more.

Stage 5

By far the most grotesque of all the forms that G has mutated into. After extreme physical trauma to G, it has become a shapeless blob of flesh, spikes, and tentacles, slowly dragging itself via attachment of its largest tentacles to a stationary object and subsequent use of its lesser tentacles to slime forth
