It's very simple to obtain this. And if you do not, you are either doing something wrong or you are too quiet. Keep in mind, this is monthly, so during that month you must remain 'pleasant.' We do not want inactive motm's. Overall, however, this is just a fun thing to do.. don't take it personally. Rewards will be given.
